AIBIZ is deliberately NOT in the middle of your gold trade. We host the directory + verify identities + provide a dispute trail. You and the merchant transact wallet-to-wallet on Polygon. No platform escrow, no platform custody, no money-transmitter shenanigans.

PAXG itself is Ethereum-native — no native Polygon deployment; bridge via Polygon PoS Bridge if your merchant accepts it. Prices below come from CoinGecko free API, cached 60s. Always verify the QuickSwap pool depth before settling large orders.

FAQ

Why does the buyer need a sub-SLD?

It's the verified identity merchants check before fulfilling. Wallet history + on-chain reputation badge tied to your sub-SLD lets a merchant decide if you're a real buyer or a fraud risk. Without one, merchants typically won't ship physical gold.

Does AIBIZ hold my payment?

No. You pay the merchant direct, wallet-to-wallet. AIBIZ never custodies your gold tokens or USDC. This keeps us out of money-transmitter territory and keeps the platform fees flat (mint fee only, no transaction cut).

What if the merchant doesn't ship?

Phase A: file a dispute via email; admin records it on the merchant's sub-SLD reputation badge. Phase D (later) adds an optional smart-contract escrow with on-chain proof-of-delivery release. Until then, only deal with merchants whose verified record + ratings you trust.

Who handles shipping + customs?

The merchant. They declare the package, pay customs duty, and arrange insured shipping. Buyer pays for shipping as part of the per-gram quote.

KYC requirements?

Merchants: full KYB (Know Your Business) including DMCC dealer licence at registration. Buyers: light KYC for the sub-SLD (email verified). Merchants run their own buyer KYC per transaction above their AML threshold (typically $10K USD equivalent). AIBIZ doesn't substitute for that.
